ERISA Attorney

The Wagner Law Group, a national ERISA firm with three offices in California, seeks an attorney with at least three years ERISA experience, preferably with Taft-Hartley trusts, VEBAs and/or MEWAs. Essential to have working knowledge of DOL and IRS rules on employee benefit plans. Very interesting, robust practice with public and private sector trust fund clients. Primary responsibility would be preparation for and attendance at trust meetings and drafting all types of plan documents. There will be litigation opportunities. ERISA litigation experience is a plus. Experience with public sector benefit plans also helpful. Some travel is required within California and the Northwest.

We offer flexible working arrangements, including full time or part time position. We will also entertain merger discussions with a small firm. You may work in one of our California offices (Los Angeles, San Diego or San Francisco), or have a virtual office from your home.
