So many situations arise when dealing with your board, your plan professionals, and your membership that require effective and efficient communication. At the same time, technology advancements and artificial intelligence is rapidly changing the communications landscape. This year's TMP Candidate classes (TMPC Part I and TMPC2 Part II) will be devoted to honing your communication skills to help you develop as a leader, engage with the multigenerational workforce, manage through conflict and consider broadly how to navigate the complexities of delivering benefits in today's environment.
